The Results of the 17th Annual Peach State Brew Off are in. The Burnt Hickory Brewery's The Bower (Strong Scotch Ale made with real Vanilla Bean) took a Gold Medal in it's category over the weekend.

4. 90 minute boil.
5.Irish Moss at 15.
6 Molasses and Honey at 3 mins.
7. 1 lb of Starbuck's Breakfast Blend Cold Steeped (brewed) added to Secondary.
