HOPS! i moved the 3rd version of Old Wooden Head to the secondary... Gravity at 1009... and with a OG of 1075... it puts the alcohol level at 9%. Added Centennial Cones (2 ozs) to the secondary as a dry hop... plan to bottle in a week.
